Volunteering
Volunteering individuals can support groups from a network of Renfrewshire organisations, and can make a real difference to the local and global environment through practical projects and influencing decision makers.
Key activities for volunteers to get involved in are:
- Administration / clerical work including word processing, data collection and information management
- Research work on environmental issues across Renfrewshire and beyond using internet, and local directories
- Website development and maintenance
- Meeting with representatives from local community groups, voluntary organisations, local business and public services to identify their environmental concerns
