Volunteering

Volunteers repairing stone dyke wall clydemuirsheil

Volunteering individuals can support groups from a network of Renfrewshire organisations, and can make a real difference to the local and global environment through practical projects and influencing decision makers.

Key activities for volunteers to get involved in are:

  1. Administration / clerical work including word processing, data collection and information management
  2. Research work on environmental issues across Renfrewshire and beyond using internet, and local directories
  3. Website development and maintenance
  4. Meeting with representatives from local community groups, voluntary organisations, local business and public services to identify their environmental concerns
